Do you customize apparels?

Do you have a physical store?
Absolutely! You may visit us at 102 N. Domingo St. cor F. Blumentritt St., Brgy. San Perfecto, San Juan City, Metro Manila, PH.
We're open between 9AM and 6PM, from Mondays to Saturdays.
Return policy
We allow exchange of items within 3 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays), provided that the customer will shoulder all shipping costs.
To be eligible for return, the items should be in the same condition it was received:
- Items should not have been used, worn, nor washed
- Tags should be intact
- Original receipt or packing list should be shown
In case that the same product specifications is no longer in stock, we will exchange the product for another size or color, subject to availability (If the chosen product costs greater than the original item bought, the customer shall pay the difference in price).
Refund is only applicable in such case that the item/s received is damaged, and the product with the same specifications is out of stock.
Shipping
If you opted for shipping, delivery time may vary depending on your location. We will update you on the status of your orders.
For pick-up option, we require showing of the confirmation email for verification purposes before we release the order. Please contact us if you opt to have your order picked up through logistics apps (i.e. Grab/Lalamove), so that we can assist you.
